Privacy policy

1. Information handled by the app

Novyso does not require an account. Tasks, projects, labels, notes, attachments, focus sessions, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not receive or read this workspace, and the app does not include analytics or advertising tracking.

2. Permissions

Novyso may request notification access for reminders, and photo, file, or camera access when you choose to add an attachment. These permissions support the feature you choose to use. Attachments remain in the app’s local storage.

3. Backups and exports

You can create a workspace backup or export tasks and projects. Files are created on your device; you choose if and where to share them. Optional automatic backups are also saved locally. Backup files may contain your workspace data, so protect them like you would your other personal files. Novyso does not upload backups or exports.

Your device’s operating-system backup settings or cloud services you choose may copy app data under their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Third-party services

If you buy Novyso Pro, payment is processed by the store for your device, such as Google Play or Apple’s App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. The store may provide purchase status to the app so it can enable or restore Pro features. The store’s privacy policy applies to its processing.

This website is intended for hosting on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical request information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. The site uses locally hosted fonts and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

5. Sharing and sale

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information collected by Novyso. The app does not send your workspace to us. When you export or share a file, you choose the destination and that service’s terms apply.

6. Retention and deletion

Your workspace remains in local app storage until you delete it. Delete individual items in the app, or remove local app data through your device settings or by uninstalling Novyso. We do not hold a server copy to delete.

7. Children

Novyso is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. Significant changes will be described here.
